Yes. The pickup request form accepts submissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Response, review, and phone support are not 24/7 and response speed is not guaranteed.

Is my pickup confirmed as soon as I submit the form?

No. Every request is reviewed by HYFO Connect before service is confirmed. A team member contacts you by phone or email to confirm.

How much notice do you need for same-city same-day pickups?

A minimum of two hours' notice. Two hours' notice is not a two-hour completion guarantee — it is the minimum lead time we need to review the request.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Please request the change at least two hours before the current ETA. A cancellation or reschedule is not complete until HYFO Connect confirms it by phone or email.

Which package categories do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Envelope, small parcel, and medium parcel. These are the only categories you can select on the pickup request form.

What is the maximum accepted weight?

100 lb per package is the maximum accepted known weight. The pickup form rejects known weights above 100 lb (or the metric equivalent).

Do you accept alcohol or tobacco products?

No. Alcohol and tobacco products are not accepted. You must confirm this on the pickup request before submitting.

Who fulfils eligible parcel shipping?

Eligible parcel shipping is completed directly by HYFO Connect. We do not sub-contract eligible parcel work to a third-party courier.

No. Pricing depends on route, package details, and timing. HYFO Connect shares pricing when we confirm your request.

Yes — we discuss options that fit reasonable budgets when we confirm the request. This is a qualification, not a price-match guarantee.

Do all HYFO Connect deliveries use an EV?

Accepted Answer

No. HYFO Connect uses electric vehicles whenever suitable. A diesel cargo van may be used for longer trips or larger loads. We do not claim every delivery uses an EV.
