Parcel shipping
Reliable package movement between eligible locations.
Eligible parcel shipping is completed directly by HYFO Connect. We do not sub-contract eligible parcel work to third-party couriers.
Package category, size, weight, and route are reviewed before we confirm a pickup.
Accepted package categories
- • Envelope — documents and other flat items.
- • Small parcel — hand-carried packages.
- • Medium parcel — larger boxes still comfortably lifted by one person.
Limits and restrictions
- • Maximum accepted known weight: 100 lb per package. Heavier items are not accepted through the online request.
- • Alcohol and tobacco products are not accepted.
- • If dimensions or weight are unknown, mark them accordingly on the request and HYFO Connect will confirm during review.
