Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HYFO Connect website and pickup request form, and any courier service HYFO Connect provides to you. By submitting a request or using our service you agree to these Terms.

Requests, not bookings

Submitting the pickup form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A HYFO Connect team member reviews route and availability and then confirms details with you by phone or email. Your pickup is not scheduled until we confirm it.

Same-city same-day requests

Same-city same-day requests require at least two hours' notice from the time of submission. Two hours of notice does not guarantee completion within two hours; actual timing depends on route, traffic, and operational conditions and is confirmed with you before pickup.

What we accept

  • Package categories: Envelope, Small parcel, and Medium parcel.
  • Maximum known weight: 100 lb (approximately 45.4 kg).
  • Alcohol and tobacco are not accepted under any circumstances.

HYFO Connect may decline any request that falls outside these limits or otherwise does not fit our operating scope.

Pricing

Pricing is provided after review of your request. We do not offer price matching or posted rate cards; each quote reflects the specific route, category, weight, and timing you request.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least two hours before the confirmed pickup ETA. A cancellation or reschedule is not complete until HYFO Connect confirms it. Requests made inside the two-hour window may still be attempted or already in progress.

Vehicles

HYFO Connect uses electric vehicles whenever they are suitable for the route and load. A diesel cargo van may be used for longer routes or larger loads when an EV is not suitable.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, pickup, delivery, package, and timing information.
  • Package items so that they can be handled safely in transit.
  • Ensure the sender and recipient are available for pickup and delivery as arranged.
  • Do not tender alcohol, tobacco, hazardous, illegal, or otherwise restricted items.

Limitations

HYFO Connect provides courier service on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee delivery times beyond what we confirm in writing for a specific pickup, and we do not make guarantees or promises here regarding insurance, refunds, loss, or damage. Any such terms, when applicable, are handled per request in communication with you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
