What we need before we can confirm

- • Package category (envelope, small parcel, or medium parcel), approximate size, and approximate weight.
- • Requested pickup time and any deadline.
- • A phone number and email so we can confirm quickly.

- HYFO Connect reviews route eligibility and timing.
- We contact you by phone or email to confirm the pickup and provide next steps.
